1. Secure Delivery

We work exclusively with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

2. Delivery Times

Within Germany: 3–5 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days
International delivery: approx. 10–20 business days

We will inform you immediately if there are any delays – transparency is important to us.

3. Fair Shipping Costs

Germany: from €7.90
EU: from €14.90
International: depends on destination country and weight

For orders over €300, shipping within Germany is free.

4. Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your delivery online at any time.

5. Carefree in case of damage

If your delivery arrives damaged, we will immediately arrange for a replacement or a solution. Just contact us within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Acceptance

Please note: For real hair products, the right of withdrawal is excluded according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB as soon as the hygiene seal has been opened or damaged. In this case, a return or refund is not possible for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Should a delivery not be accepted, we will contact you directly to find a customer-friendly solution.
